We are proud to announce that Mr. William Wang, Third Year University of Pittsburgh medical student, is this year's recipient of the Bert and Sally O'Malley Award for Outstanding Medical Research by the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He began working as a summer intern two years ago in the Laboratory of Molecular Pathology within the Stem Cell Research Center, directed by Dr. Yong Li, and has continuously worked as volunteer since then. He has had two publications while working in this lab, including one in the American Journal of Pathology. |
